Sequential Numbering in artboards works against mobile designers

When I duplicate art boards labeled with the phone version, the numbers auto update in sequence:

(those are both iphone8 sized boards…the “9” was autocorrected) This creates issues in production/makes me have to change my file naming conventions. (migrating from sketch - have a library already built on them)

This is not the best experience - maybe a tool to batch edit art board naming conventions would be the right fix? To do away with it would just annoy people who need it I am sure - just pointing out that where it overlaps device version numbering needs it’s a little wonky

Go to Main menu ⟩ Preferences and uncheck “Rename duplicated layers”.

This is also already available: just select the layers and click Rename in the context menu (or Cmd/Ctrl + R).
