In the past, I was known as “the icons guy” and Pixel Bazaar was my brand. But designing icons was more of a passion than a career, so I kind of forgot about it.
But lately, I got a sudden urge to continue designing icons, and just launched a pre-sale of new icons pack I‘m crafting.
All good, but I‘m not fully confident that the world needs more icons. The icons market is overly saturated and undervalued, so entering at this stage seems unthinkable, unless there are brands who are still looking for unique pictograms to use in their brand identity.
What do you people think? Does the world need more icons?
