I worked on a prototype where I created two vertical scrollable frames next to each other. The thing is when 1 frame is set to scroll vertically, the second one stops.

Convert some groups (which have masks) to frames, and then vertical scrolling in both the left and right columns will work.
At the moment, these groups are overlaid on the second column, which prevents it from scrolling.
