How should I do to recover it?
There’s also no Create button on UI.

As far as I know, the token cannot be restored.
To create a new token, fill in the field from your screenshot and press “Enter”.

Just a suggestion, the UX Writing should be more precise because user doesn’t know we can create a new token via “Enter.”
