Restore team after 28 days

Hello!

When i try to clean my projects in team from unimportant stuff, i thought i moved one of important files to other team, but now it lost i can’t get the access to project, there are a huge work there :frowning:

when i deleted my team there are no even any projects. so i confused why it was happened!

And i can’t restore my team, because after couple of months i remembered of this project, and my customer can’t get the access too, and they did’nt do any copy of this.

Can u help me please to resolve this problem?

Hi there! Sorry to hear this is happening.
For your information, the owner or admin of a team will have 28 days from deletion to restore the deleted team. Once the 28 days has passed, the team’s files and projects will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
