Hi Everyone. I’m new here. We recently removed a user and it seems like we lost all the work they did. Has anyone removed a user lost all their work and was able to find and bring back all the things they were working on?
If you haven’t permanently deleted the files or projects, they should be in the Deleted tab, where you can restore them. Could you try the following steps?
To view your deleted files:
- Click on Drafts in the file browser.
- Select the Deleted tab.
From the Deleted tab, you can view, sort, and filter through any deleted files that you had access to.
Restore deleted files
If a file’s original project still exists, anyone with can edit access can restore it. This will also restore the file for anyone who had access to it at the time of deletion.
Restoring a file retains the permissions, comments, version history, and library connections of the original file.
To restore a file:
- Locate the file you want to restore in the Deleted tab.
- Right-click on the file and select Restore.
