As a technical writer, I have a feature request for FigJam:
Nothing is more annoying than seeing extra padding added to all sides of a diagram exported from FigJam. I write lengthy design specification documents at work, so cropping an image every time I insert a diagram is time-consuming. FigJam does not need to dictate how much padding should be added around a diagram because these parameters can be set in a desktop publishing tool. If this feature isn’t preferred by other designers, then please give us a way to hide the grid. It is much faster for me to take a screenshot of the diagram than to crop all sides after exporting, but the stakeholders don’t like the dots all over the background.
