Prototype with Occupied keys by application

I have a quite complex UI here, where the user can interact with the interface via mouse or keyboard input. The problem I have is, that certain keys are already occupied by figma itself.
When I’m in full screen, the ESC key only closes the fullscreen mode.
R is SUPER userful, but in my case I need it for something else. Is there a way? Except avoiding the occupied keys?
And is there a way for the “tester” in the prototype to see which button he needs to click? Currently all interactive parts are highlighted blue - even if it’s just a hover, which is sometimes also cumbersome when you want to lead the tester through a certain way.

Thanks for your help!

I’m also really interested in this! There is a way to change Figma shortcuts?
