I really like your product, but its design often makes me sad, even the new one (which is still unavailable to me)
Why do you use such small fonts and icons? Why do you have such weak accents in fonts, why are you so afraid to use normal sizes of buttons, windows and everything else?

See how beautiful and comfortable Figma can be for the eyes if you use interface elements and fonts of normal sizes
