Plugin to change designs from one theme to another?

We have a budding design system that started with the Material UI theme and now we have a new, more custom theme.

Is there a plugin where I can configure the two themes (colors, elevation, text, etc) and then in a working design file convert the design from one theme to another?

Depending on how you created your themes and libraries, I believe what you are looking for might be “swap libraries” that’s a part of Figma:

I’m not sure what you mean by “configure the two themes”? You would just edit the style (text, color, effect and grid) directly in Figma
