I got some trouble when opening almost 80% of my plugin, that cant be clicked, interact or do anything but closing the plugin itself, example of that is after i open [webp convertion] plugin, it just open the window, but cant be clicked or interact, and i can only close the plugin.
more specific is, if i try to use plugin by using [ctrl + /] command, then selecting the plugin using [enter] it doesnt work, but if im navigating using mouse, it works fine.
I’m having the same issue, if not for your post I wouldn’t realize I could use the plugins normaly when accessing them using the mouse navigation.
Hey @izumiinyaa, thanks for flagging this to us!
Plugin navigation and interactions seem to be working as expected on our end when using keyboard shortcuts and arrows as well as with a mouse. Please also keep in mind that depending on the plugin, creators may have not built-in capabilities to navigate/interact with the plugin using tab, arrows, etc.
To have our team try and reproduce the issue, what OS are you using? And are you using Figma in the browser or the desktop app? Is there also any particular plugins we should use?
I know you didn’t ask me, but I manage to reproduce the problem.
The issue is that sometimes the plugin windows non respondent when clicked, I can move and close the window, but I can’t interact with the content.
I managed to replicate the problem consistently by panning using the right click and drag. When using the regular panning with the mouse wheel click and drag, the plugins work normally.
Here is A short video. Hope this helps reproduce the bug
I’m using the desktop app on Windows 11 .
Thank you so much, @Teo_Vinagre1!
We’ll file a bug report with the team so they can investigate and work on a fix.
