Paste in the viewport

  1. Describe the problem your experiencing and how your idea helps solve this
    Every time I paste something in to the screen, that is pasting somewhere in the current active artboard. Which leads to losing focus and searching around the frame for the pasted thing.

  2. Add as much context as possible (screenshots, Figma files, mockups, etc.)
    It would be so much better if the element is pasted in the same viewport that the user is active in. In other words, it should pasted in the area where the use is looking at.

  3. Ask questions to bring the community into the conversation
    (e.g. Does anyone else experience this? Is anyone using a plugin or workaround to help solve this?, etc.
    Do you guys found any workaround for the above problem. Command + Shift + V is good but it’s directly placing into the top right corner of the selected item.
