I have paid the Figma Professional Plan in September 2024, until now I still can see that I am with free plan and can only create three projects. Can anyone tell me what to do? I tried to contact Figma team, I dont know when I can get feedback from them.

For those who have come across this topic while searching the community due to a similar issue, I’d like to highlight two possible reasons why users may be unable to access professional features:
1. Are you in an upgraded team?
In your file browser, if your team name has a dropdown icon next to it, you may have access to multiple teams. Click the icon to switch between them and check if there’s an upgraded team.

2. Do you have a separate Figma account?
If you’re unable to switch to an upgraded team, please verify if you have a separate Figma account linked to a different email address.
Ensure that you log in to Figma using the email address associated with your upgraded team.
