Paid account is acting as free

I opened a free ed account, then accidentally opened a second ed account. I paid for the second one, but it’s still acting as free (not allowing me to use more pages, and telling me that I can upgrade). It was already paid and withdrawn, so how do I fix this?

PLUS, I need to get the work from my first ed account over to my new free account (different email addresses). How can I do this?
