One keystroke and my entire draft changed

I’m new to Figma and working on a large assignment.

I was trying to add text and all of a sudden everything changed. I must have changed some setting using a shortcut, but I have no idea how to change it back.

Now everything is in the outside stroke effect and changes to blue when I hover over it. What did I do? Please help.
