Hi guys,
I’m facing serious problems with Figma. Two Months ago, I purchased one user Figma professional plan for 15$. I cancelled it before 12 days of renewal but unfortunately there was an auto - renewal and Figma took 45$ for next month adding two more users in the group with edit access. How can I solve this problem? I sent a refund request for the two users on Sep 2 but still there is no response from support@figma.com.
