My figma file is showing that more than 50% file memory used

My figma file is showing that I’ve used more than 50% of the file browser memory and i need to remove some element from the file cure this, as per the figma documentation, it provides 2GB browser memory per file.
Can anybody suggest me a way to figure this out without removing element from the file as they are important.
Does moving to premium member will be to get rid of the issue?

I have the same issue while merging updates from the main file into the branch. The update failed a couple of times. I’m using the app.
