My figma desktop app is not working due to zscaler cloud VPN

Blocked Navigation to ' is the message showing by the figma when opening the figma desktop application on my MAC. can you please resolve this issue please?

The popup message also says: Please contact Figma support or your IT team with this error message for further assistance.
