I do a lot of commenting whilst I work and really enjoy the region ability as it helps non-designers get exactly what/where I am talking about. However, a lot of the time I have to move them later on as elements move up and down the design; which is tedious when the region size hasn’t changed. Perhaps it’s location is only 100px south but you have to edit both the pin point and the polar opposite drag point. This could be easily fixed so that if a modifier key such as ‘Alt’ is held once the the mouse left click is down it moves the whole region box with it. It would also be delightful if you could see the region as you do this.
