Mistakenly added editors. Support not responding to our emails

We accidentally added clients as editors on Friday and got billed automatically for the whole year, and we really don’t need 15 new editors. We have reached to support immediately to ask for a refund, but we still didn’t get any response.

Does anyone know how do we get a refund on the yearly plan? We live in the EU.
