Missing files in free account

Today when I logged into Figma with my free account all my files that I have worked on was gone :frowning:

Are the files automaticly deleted after a while when you have a free account?

Or does any other had the same problem.

Hey @Jimmy_Andersson1 - apologies for any confusion that’s come out of this.

I did some initial digging, and I think that there may be a second account that you own that is the source of the problem you’re having.

I don’t have full details, but I saw you had submitted as support ticket that direct you our way. I’m actually going to have them reach out to you via email to get you more info.

This should follow up to the email address you have tied to the community username you have. Will follow up again once that’s done.
