Missing Effect Styles

I had previously saved the effects as effect styles item, but now when I go into the file it shows its as individual style like below, but it was named previously as primary-border:1px (as shown in the screenshot)

effect styles -1

The name primary-border:1px is also not shown in effect styles
effect styles -2

But while looking in the inspect tab you can actually see the effect style names.
effect styles -3
