The Mask tool is missing from the top-center space and I can’t find it anywhere at all.

Are you exploring UI3? If so, we’re thrilled to hear that!
If you have an object selected, you may notice the “Use as mask” icon in the properties panel on the right side. Depending on the available actions, you might find “Use as mask” in the “More” menu.

Its not on a side menu, its actually on top of my screen as i used old interface. (But new one is cool as well)
