Many at the same time center on the frame

I would like to have all four objects in the center of the frame. Single is that possible. But how can I center multiple ones at the same time?

Group the objects, align them in the frame, then you can ungroup.

To bad we do not have a shortcut to achieve this. Group and ungroup takes time and it is not a solution for me.

Do you mean a shortcut for group and ungroup?

The Group object solution I see it as a temporary solution…be it a bit time consuming.

Ideally I would like a solution like holding Command or Option modifier key while clicking any of the alignment buttons, would Align any of the selected objects to the (Left/Right/Center) of the outer Frame.
