Lost text styles

My team encountered an issue where most of our text styles disappeared. It appears to be a bug related to this post. Tagging @ksn here since they helped out in that post. I’ve tried restoring our design system file back to previous versions and the styles still don’t show up.

I’ve resigned myself to having to re-create the styles in the file.

Hi @Gayani_S, thanks for your reply. This doesn’t seem to be a font issue since the font we’re using isn’t installed locally, it’s one that comes packaged inside of Figma/is a google font.

One other thing is that the styles were not just detached but seem to have been completely deleted from the file. As in, they no longer show up in the sidebar on the right. This seems to be a bug in Figma and I hope it’s resolved soon.

Can you provide a direct link to the file to our support team, and invite support-share@figma.com with “can edit” permission so they can look into this further? Note that users with @figma.com emails on your team do not count towards your billing.
