Lost access to Pro, lost files, back on starter plan?

We are experiencing issues where our org. account has been reverted to starter plan, files are nowhere to be found (design system, team wide files etc).

When contacting support, we do not have the priority support as we are reverted.

I am quite desperate, but not in panic. If it wasn’t for 10 day old .fig backups, we might have risked a lot more here.

Anyone with ideas or pointers as what to do?

Edit: A user on my team could get hold of the files and make backups. However, I am keeping the post unresolved.
