Hi everyone,
This is for anyone who wants a custom macro with Logitech G Hub but your profile switch doesn’t work for some reason.
-
Find the location of your Figma.exe file by searching “Figma” in your start bar.
Right click and then click open file location
-
This will lead to a folder with Figma file and right click again and click “Properties”
-
Go under Shortcut and find the Target property. Copy and paste this text but remove the last Figma.exe
Ex. Mine was C:\Users{username}\AppData\Local\Figma\app-124.5.5\Figma.exe so I deleted Figma.exe
-
Launch Logitech G Hub and click MANAGE PROFILES
-
Click ADD GAMES OR APPLICATION and paste the file path from Step 3.
Click on the Figma.exe
lo
When I tried this few months back, Logitech G Hub couldn’t recognize Figma even though I added the .exe file.
It turns out, the file under \AppData\Local\Figma\Figma.exe doesn’t work. You have to add the Figma.exe inside a folder called app-124.X.X.
Now Logitech G Hub will properly recognize Figma as an app and context switch your profile when using Figma.
Hope this helps!
