Hi, all! We’re currently building a design team at my company. There is a general design system/library in Figma that includes overall foundations & components.
However, there are 3 main users and each designer is allocated to 1 of those verticals (3 users/3 designers). You can imagine there might be 1-2 products that each user category accesses.
What happens if there are specific foundations or components that are utilized for these users only? Do we keep adding to the larger design system or create a sub-design system?
