Issue with Figma Student Account Reverification After New Enrollment

I am having trouble with my Figma account. My previous student account expired because I completed my studies before the summer. However, I have now started a new studie and need access to Figma again. When I attempt to reverify my student status, I receive a message saying I already have a professional subscription. But when I check my profile, it shows that I do not have access to the professional plan. It’s important that this issue is resolved, as I need Figma to function correctly for my current studies.
