[issue] suddendly, I am not receiving anymore any notifications by email

Dear community!

Despite having…

  • everything ON on my Profile - notification preferences →
  • and right settings on specific File →

it has been 10 days since I receive the last email from Figma about mentions/replies on such file.

I’ve already checked everyhing like junk email or any other filters on my mailbox but everything seems fine. Has this never occured to anyone else?

EDIT: sorry, I should’ve asked this earlier – can you let me know if you’ve received anything in your email from us since you posted this topic? I just realized you posted this a couple of days ago, and it looks like you may have gotten some notifications delivered successfully since then. Let me know if that’s not the case.

Hi @ksn! I don’t know if anyone on our team had already considered my request but, surprisingly, since last Tuesday 19th everything seems to have returned to normal!

Thank you for letting me know! That aligns with what I was seeing, but I don’t know what caused the blip – glad it was just temporary.
