I am having the same issue, I need to contact someone on the support team. I had our account admin is no longer working for our organization and we need a new admin to be added with new payment information.

It was quite funny to find this thread, because I’ve been trying to contact Figma sales for the last three (or four?) months. I even tried to creating a support ticket, and they promised to forward my request to their sales team… but still no luck.
Is there any change to contact sales? I’d like to switch to the Org plan. It looks like Figma fired their sales team.
