It’s so limited and we have to clear it everytime. Increasing the limit or making it unlimited and wrap the text is a great idea.
Hi @Artaherzadeh - thank you for the request. Just to understand a bit more about how this would improve your workflow, could you give me more of a peek into your thoughts?
How often do you find yourself using the chat to relay larger thoughts? Chat is focused on helping facilitate work amongst others actively working in a file together for quick, realtime messages. They eventually disappear automatically.
Since they don’t remain visible, and eventually disappear, do comments not fill that gap better? Using comments will allow you to get everything down and anchored in a certain spot, so those thoughts don’t easily get removed or forgotten. You can collaborate in comments real-time as well.

Many times mostly when I want to give quick instructions to my designers but I don’t want to comment or enter voice chat.
No, because they’re live and I’m live but it’s 11 PM and we don’t want to use voice chat. Comments are documented for the offline reviewing process and while they’re online, leaving comments is unnecessary unless I have to leave the file to do something else, then I use comments and leave.
They’re for two different scenarios and I’m not the only one in my team facing this. I can see that my teammates are also removing their written messages to write more when they’re using this feature.
