Inconsistent padding on Rounded Rectangle, compared to Square, Circle, Parallelogram, etc

When making flowcharts, we often use the shapes as meant in flowcharts. I.e:

  • Rounded Rectangle = Start / Stop
  • Square (or rectangle) = Process
  • Circle = Connector / Inspection point
  • Parallelogram = Input / Output
  • Diamond = Decision
  • Cylinder = Database
  • etcetera

But… the padding on the Rounded Rectangle is larger than on many of the other shapes. Can this be resolved, so we have nice looking flowcharts?

PS: If I use one line of text, it can be the same height, but why not with two lines? The other shape CAN have two lines. The only difference should be its rounded corners.
