My payments department is having a hard time getting a sense of the members of my team. They only get the invoices. So then they have to reach out to one of the admins to get this info. They usually just want to check that we’re not paying for users that no longer use the Figma, have left the team etc.
Two possible solutions:
- Add the members breakdown to the invoices?
- Create a free payments specific account that can access the billing UI we can currently see as admins?
I’m curious how other companies are managing this?
