In Organisation Plan, As editor, I am not able to edit particular Figma File

Our team has a Figma organization plan. We planned a design sprint on Figma and tried to invite 19 members to the board.

Out of 19 a couple of members are not able to edit the Figma file. We tried to remove them and add them again. They have the edit right when we are looking in to the “Share Panel”. In fact, they are able to edit other Figma files as well.

I am not able to understand the issue, can anyone help me with the same.
