If I have two columns overlaying each other, how can I set the constraints of a component to a certain one?

So I want to create filters for my app, and I set 7 columns to “days of the week”, but after I set the constraints of those tags to “left and right”, they are following the 2 column grid.

What should I do?

Wrap them in another frame with only the grid you need them to follow.

This is a very common practice, frames are used pretty much everywhere when you need to create flexible systems.
