I upgraded my subscription to organisation and all my employees made guests because account locked to domain of official email address of owner’s account. All employers have accounts in other domains and I wrote email to support to add domains yesterday but I still didn’t get any response. That’s looks really bad. My employees can’t work because of you default settings and slow support. Hope to answer. Thank you!
Okay. Support answered and added my domains (3 days). Thanks to them. But why do they need domain’s verification when that’s only grants access to my documents. That’s very strange constraint.
