I hate Figma because of this, and I’m stopping using this software. A month ago, I purchased a product that cost $18. I used it for one day and canceled the subscription within a week. Today, I received a notification that Figma is trying to charge $18 from my account for the same plugin whose subscription I canceled a month ago. It even shows in Figma’s subscriptions section that it’s canceled, but the company continues to send payment requests to the bank. Because of this, I had to close my account and withdraw funds from my cards. This is outrageous. I have already initiated legal action regarding this issue. I hope everyone involved will be held accountable.
