If you’re unable to access certain files, I generally recommend the following steps:
- Ensure you’re logged into the correct account and team.
- Review how drafts work. You can sometimes find a file in “Drafts to move” folder.
- Check for deleted files in the Trash folder.
If you can find the file links in your browser history, please share them with our support team so they can investigate further.
