I cannot see other users currently viewing the file

Hello!
So right now, there are 4 people viewing the file, plus me so 5 all in all.

But whenever I open the file, it shows that it’s just me.

I tried restarting the computer.
I also tried using the desktop app version of Figma.
I also tried using the browser version of Figma.

I figured it out! It turns out they’re viewing the preview of the prototype not the file itself! I’m so dumb at not figuring it out.
