When you activate the “Fix position” on a component it is above all the layers. But I want to make a type effect after the 600px scroll this fixed bar appears. This in XD is super easy, because it does not force the component to be above the layers.
This is not possible in Figma. You can vote for this feature suggestion: Fixed Positioning Starting At Certain Scroll Depth.
