I am the Admin of a file and have a paid account but my account is restricted

I searched before posting but was unable to use the threads for a solution.

I am the account and file admin of a file I am trying to edit.

Receiving this message:
“your account has been restricted by an admin. To edit files, please contact your admin to upgrade you.”

I even upgraded to a paid account this morning to see if that was the issue.

Same issue here. Very annoying. I have a paid account and my figJam all of a sudden decided that I don’t have access

Any workaround to this ? Same issue is happening Edit permission is already granted but no edit access.
