I am being charged for 4 seats, but I am the only person listed in the members section in my team.

Hi @Adrian_Firth, Thanks for reaching out about this, so sorry to hear that you experienced this.

I’m not certain of the method you’ve used to determine the count of members you’re being billed for, but if you’d like to verify the number of editors (the billed users) on your team, here’s how you can do it:

  1. Select the “Admin” Console next to your team name on the left side of the file browser
  2. Navigate to the “Members” tab to view a list of members invited to the team
  3. Set the Design role and FigJam role filters to Editors to display all billed users
