Add a toggle in Presentation to deactivate/activate transitions if prototype is slow!

As you know, since the major contribution of smart animate and variants, Figma can lose drastically in velocity. It seems (and I confirm it) that switching all interactions to “Instant” almost eliminates the problem. I think it’s crazy to dumb down my work, but I don’t want to give my customer a bad experience either.
