How to space objects around a growing or shrinking text field?

Let’s say we have a column heading at the top of a table. Let’s also say the column heading has a sort icon to the the right of it, with a spacing of 10px.

Heading Title ^

Is it possible, if I change the the length of the heading, by adding or deleting characters by TYPING ONLY, not resizing the text box, to auto position the sort icons, to adjust right or left accordingly?

Yep, select both elements and press Shift + A to wrap them in an auto layout frame.
