How to scale perfectly a component?

I am trying to scale a component using Proportional Scale Plugin.
For reference;

this is the component in its original scale:

this is the component scaled to 67.5%:
scale

Notice that there is an error indicated with the pink circle on the scaled component.

Does anyone has a suggestion to make this scale perfectly?
