I have pro account and I add unused Figma design seat by mistakenly. And now for that unused Figma design seat showing monthly plan. And this extra seat no one is using. How can I remove this? My team proposed that we only need 14 seats, but my system indicates that there are 23 seats available.

It appears that you have already reached out to our support regarding this. I noticed that your ticket has been assigned to our support team. We kindly ask that you await a response from them.
For other community members who are part of a Professional team and have a similar question, if you’re an admin, you can manage paid seats via the Admin console.
Your billing is determined by the number of team members who occupy a paid seat in Figma Design and FigJam. Here are the steps to manage team roles:
- Select the Admin console next to your team name on the left side of the file browser
- Navigate to the “Members” tab of your team page
- Set the Design role and FigJam role filters to “Full” to display all billed users
- Downgrade any “Full” seat to “Viewer - Restricted” to remove that user from billing

You can also remove users who aren’t part of the team anymore but still have access to team files. - Remove access to teams
As a side note, unexpected additional editors often join teams when current editors invite collaborators to a file and give them “can edit” access.
To prevent this accidental additions in the future, I recommend two options below.
- Get notified when people upgrade to a full seat - To receive alerts when an upgrade to a paid full seat is made.
- Set default roles - To ensure that only admins can upgrade new collaborators to paid full seats.
