Does anyone knows how to prototype frames for eg. if i click on a card and it auto rotates to a horizontal frame like opening a video in landscape
As I believe there is no such feature in Figma prototype to achieve this effect.
But you might create a frame rotated 90 degrees (to look in landscape, rotating the frame rather than changing the values of w and h would make a rotation animation rather than resizing the element within the frame) and turn on your mobile auto orientation then rotate the phone to landscape manually when clicking on the card, it won’t be as nice, but it does the trick.
If you are looking to share the prototype with a client you might add a frame after clicking the card instructing the client to rotate the screen to feel the experience designed.
