There is no such thing as “extract HTML” because Figma doesn’t build your design as HTML. You can only convert to HTML (not extract/export) with varying levels of success using different plugins, but Figma doesn’t have enough info to build HTML from it 1:1, especially if you need quality. Figma is not a website building tool. Tools like Webflow, Framer, Modulz, Tilda, Wix, Squarespace etc. are probably what you need.
