How do I make it so that my marquee text continues to scroll even after I roll over an overlay?

Hi, I made my beautiful lace overlay to go over the dresses as you can see in this animation: animation :slight_smile:
However, everytime I roll over the overlay, my marquee text on the top resets. How do I avoid this? I want the marquee text to keep going even after the lace border is up.
